An active CCTV Connect subscription is required where smartphone or tablet remote viewing is provided.

CCTV Connect – Important Information

CCTV Connect is provided on an initial 12-month agreement at £5.95 per month, payable by Direct Debit.

The service must be active before a fault, loss of remote access or other support requirement occurs and cannot be activated retrospectively to cover an existing issue.

Customers without an active CCTV Connect subscription who require assistance will be subject to our normal support or engineer charges before becoming eligible to join the service.

CCTV Connect covers remote access and connectivity support. Engineer visits, equipment repairs, replacement parts and broadband or network faults outside the CCTV equipment are not included and will be charged separately where required.

Yes. If you require more than four cameras, we can design and install a larger CCTV system to suit your property. We offer systems with additional cameras for larger homes and commercial premises.

Recording time depends on factors such as the number of cameras, recording settings and how much activity is captured. The included 4TB surveillance-grade hard drive provides reliable storage, and larger hard drive options are available if you require longer recording periods.

CAN I JOIN CCTV CONNECT AFTER I HAVE A PROBLEM?

CCTV Connect must be active before a fault, loss of remote access or other support requirement occurs. It cannot be activated retrospectively to cover an existing issue.

Yes. The system is suitable for both homes and businesses. We’ll carry out a free CCTV survey and recommend the best camera positions and system setup for your property and security requirements.

DOES THE CCTV SYSTEM COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Yes. Your CCTV system is supplied and professionally installed by Sky Security and is covered by our warranty. We also provide ongoing support should you need any help with your system after installation.

Installation times depend on the property and the number of cameras required. A typical 2-camera CCTV system can usually be installed and fully set up within a day. We’ll confirm everything with you before installation.

CCTV Connect covers remote access and connectivity support. It does not include engineer visits, equipment repairs, replacement parts or broadband and network faults outside the CCTV equipment.
